We were very impressed with the service provided by dreams, also the delivery time of 1 week was very impressive for us as we ordered a bed from somewhere else previous which was faulty, and expected to be on a mattress for a few weeks, therefore highly satisfied.

Everything went like clockwork from visiting the store, selecting the product and completing the order.

Nina, the sales assistance, was one of the best we have ever dealt with. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable, helpful without being over powering. Gave us time to think about her experienced input therefore helping us to make an informed decision.
