The whole experience was effortless. We were greeted on arrival, the staff were really friendly and helpful and able to direct me to what I wanted really quickly. We were offered a drink. Then the transaction itself was straightforward. Less than a week later, I already have my mattress and it is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. I almost feel like I'm floating!

We were after an affordable memory foam mattress and Nina talked us through all the different options. As most of the mattresses were out of our price range, Nina continued to try and find us a solution. She then suggested we could buy a clearance model mattress as it would be discounted for us. We were really happy with this option, the service and the product.

Roshan, who was very new, was very helpful, and when he didn't know the answer to something, he was not afraid to ask so that he did not make a mistake.

I needed a new mattress and visited your store on a retail park where there was another bed outlet.I wanted to visit both and went to Dreams first .We were greeted immediately by a pleasant and well informed assistant and helped to select the right one for me.I took note of it and proceeded to the other store.No one was in evidence to help me so I looked around but saw nothing I liked as well so I went back to Dreams and purchased my original choice Which I am very pleased With

The assistant was most approachable & looked after my families needs during our visit.
