I FELT THE STORE COLLEGE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. SHE GUIDED US AROUND THE LOUGHBOROUGH STORE AND GAVE US VALUABLE ADVICE. THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND FOLLOWING COVID GUIDANCE AND WELL STAFFED

The person who served me, Jason, was very helpful without being pushy. He listened to what I was looking for and gave several suggestions. He gave me time to consider my options & was patient about the fact that I had 2 young chatterbox children with me.

The only reason is a very small one but it was a hot day and the building was quite hot

Nadia, our sales assistant, made our visit comfortable, engaging and efficient. We came out of the store with a mattress that we are really satisfied with and in our price range.

I had found a mattress online & phoned the store to see if they had any in stock that I could collect on that day, Richard said they had 1 in stock and that they also had one on clearance as it had some marks on the corner he said he’d knock 60% off 😊 as the mattress was for my 2 year old grandson (first big bed) I said I’m on my way! Happy with my bargain and my daughter was happy as my grandson slept a whole 12 hours that night. Thank you Dreams
