I spoke with Trevor who listened to what I was after including price range and offered suitable products. Very knowledgeable and professional.

To be honest we were dreading looking for new beds not something you do very often i know but nevertheless we were. We visited the Loughborough store and couldn't fault the service we were given. The guy who looked after us knew when to leave us to discuss things we were buying 2 beds and another mattress so we had lots to decide . When we did need help he was there to give advice. I have to say he was running the store himself and although he wasn't overrun with customers he handled it all well. Even though there was lots to order and we were going for the interest free credit it all went very smoothly. I would recommend your store. Well done.

Very helpful staff which went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I wasn't at all pushed into making what is a very important decision of which bed to buy.

Everything was well laid out and easy to access. There was plenty of information about the different constituents of the products. The staff were helpful and friendly, (Nina in particular was most courteous and polite and very keen to look after us well). We had looked at the range in John Lewis, but no-one there took as much time or knew as much as your staff did, and the range was quite limited by comparison. We feel confident that all will go smoothly, but if by chance it does not, we will be looked after well, going on our experience so far.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I really liked the fact that they weren't pushy and allowed you time to wander and to talk through things with your family. However, they were readily available when you needed them. Nothing was too much trouble and they went off to research various options and came back quickly with the information. It was a very pleasant, reassuring and enjoyable experience.

The helpfulness of the assistant who made us feel at ease with no pressure to buy, the assistant just explained the different types of mattresses and configurations, then let us walk round trying different mattresses and looking for bed frame needed, overall a pleasant shop.
