Assistant was really helpful and spent the time listening to what we were looking for, then suggested at least 4 mattresses that fitted our needs. He assisted us with every question we asked and even suggested what he thought would be the best one for us.

Roshan talked us through the different options of buying a mattress and was very knowledgeable on the product we were looking at.

Store was very clean. Staff members very friendly and knew a lot about products and spent time with me going though all mattress options. Made myself and mum a drink which was very nice

Young man who served us was helpful with my disabled 82 year old husband. We needed to go away to check measurements and two days later contacted him to place order. Again he was a credit to you and above all himself. We now await delivery.......

The customer service I received was very good. The sales man was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. After he talked through the different products he left me alone to look at the products and decide which one I wanted.
