I was greeted by friendly assistant who showed & advised me on the different products, was knowledgeable & not pushy, leaving me to test the mattresses and select which frame & headboard I was interested in which can be a lengthy process. He kept checking I was ok and not needing further advise and offered me a drink. For a young lad he was very good and looks to be a promising prospect for a good future with your company. On my return visit when I ordered the bed the store manager dealt with me and was also very friendly & helpful.

The assistant was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure the order was what I wanted and correct at time of purchase.

As soon as I got to the shop the assistant Roshan asked id I needed help and he explained everything very clearly ( I was buying a mattress) I was very impressed by his manner and offered us a drink as it was so hot . very taken how he related to me as a customer. The staff member nina who assisted me was brilliant. Not only was she polite and knowledgeable but she really took the time out to make sure I got the right bed and mattress.

Having purchased a bed and bedding previously, at the Loughborough store, of which we were highly satisfied. We were in no doubt that the product and service quality would meet our expectations. The product knowledge of the staff is extremely helpful as well as reassuring.
