The man who served us ,Alan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and it was his excellent selling job that persuaded us to buy from your company as opposed to one of your competitors.

The member of staff understood our needs and price range and offered us the best possible products. She was very knowledgeable and explained how each mattress differed. Some of the products exceed in quality compared to other stores we visited prior to visiting Dreams. Customer care is excellent.

I needed to purchase a mattress for my parents who live in Kent. Alan the sales assistant in Dream Loughborough could not have been more helpful and patient. He was able to fully understand our needs and was able to recommend an alternative without increasing the cost be a considerable amount when it became apparent that the items that had been suggested would not be suitable for our needs. Such was his help, without being pushy, we landed up purchasing an additional mattress for our own use. We couldn't have asked for more. Coffee was offered and also the use of his phone to contact my parents.

On entering a Shop Gentleman asked me if I wanted assistance and I replied not at present. After walking around I ask the same person to explain the various choices of the beds etc on display. He was very thorough and answered all the questions, which were many, carefully and exact. What impressed me was he did 'Hard Sell' , he treated me with respect listening to my problems about sleep and rest and Being 84 yrs old . He was not condescending but listened and was courteous. When I made up my mind we went to his desk and he made sure I understood the purchase I had made and what I was doing by signing the forms. As a person who worked in Management and having Staff who had constant contact with the Public I know how Training is important and this Gentleman behaved exemplary. Thank you Dreams

As soon as we entered the store Roshan greeted us. He let us have a browse before coming back and offering us a cool drink (vv hot store!) and offering us assistance. He was helpful start to finish. Only downfall was the length of time to actually order and amount of paperwork

We have purchased a bed from this before and we're totally satisfied then. We think that no one can beat them on quality and price.

The assistant Nina was very helpful in the Loughborough store - she saved me making a big mistake.

Staff very nice and helpful. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel under any pressure to buy as this was an impulse purchase and I felt that she was glad of our custom which is not always the impression given at other stores.

Got a brilliant ottoman base, mattress, protector and deep sheet for a very reasonable price all helped by a lovely chap and his lovely female colleague who amused our 4 year old daughter with balloons.

The assistant who served us was highly knowledgeable about the products. We came away feeling very satisfied with what we ordered. Delivery was arranged exactly to suit us.
