Dreams - Loughborough

Nina was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all the information which allowed us to make an informed decision over the products that we were shown. We were offered refreshments and were left to experience the beds on our own but she was readily available to help with any queries. Nina certainly helped to make the stress of purchasing an expensive and important piece of furniture a lot easier. This is a repeat visit to Dreams and would like to thank Nina for her help.

went in looking for a mattress and got one on clearance for a good price

Stephen came to greet us as we walked in the store, he listened to what we needed. He explained all the different mattresses to us and gave us plenty of time to lie on them. He never rushed us or tried to push us in to buying something more expensive.

Friendly staff, very informative, they let us lay and test the matress out.for a long time whilst we made our decisions. Didn't feel pressured to purchase either

Steve the store manager was very helpful when I explained our requirements and pointed us in the right direction which saved us time. He wasn't at all pushy but at the same time was attentive.

Nina was extremely courteous, as on our previous visit several years ago, and has an excellent knowledge of your products.
