I was approached in store by a friendly member of staff who was able to answer any questions I had and showed me the products available.

Friendly helpful member of staff.. we were not hindered or pressured and felt at ease. The member of staff listened to our needs and issues and found us a good solution to match our needs and budget

Straight in, said what we wanted, salesman listened and was not "pushy", he even saved us money on a mattress protector, by combining it with a cover policy. Well done a pleasant and pain free experience. (sop assistant was called Stephen.)

Impressed with the how quickly and politely we were greeted once inside and it was really nice to be offered assistance rather than being allowed to wander around waiting for someone to approach. The purchased bed was an off the cuff buy, attracted by the design and delighted to find the price was so attractive that I just couldn't pass the opportunity Up. Initially we had visited the store looking for an adjustable bed for my husband, the selection available is the best we have seen in a retail outlet and the variety of suitable mattresses for someone with a severe back problem was impressive and we are going to purchase our second bed this week.

Nina was fantastic and could not have been more helpful but the older guy who works in the store was not very professional or helpful at all and in the proceeds lost a sale (i.e. my partner was looking to purchase a bed at the same time he got his from Benson Beds). Nina spent a lot of time with me moving mattresses to find the right one and also followed up with me 3 times to close the deal. I would defiantly use dreams again and I am looking forward to receiving my mattress. One further point is that as I took the 30 months interest free option it came back as a credit limit of £5k she then tried to sell me a bed to go with the mattress which is a great sales person and if you could have offered me a bed similar to the one I liked in Benson I would have had it from her. She is an asset to your company and if she ever wants a job in Boots where I am a Procurement Director I would employer her in a heart beat.

The bed was on display and info on label clear. Roshan explained clearly the categories of mattress and understood our requirements. Staff pleasant and friendly.

The assistants were "professional ", well informed / well read / about the products ... they seemed to know what they were talking about- the shop manager who eventually came to me was excellent. Top quality. Helpful; intuitive to my needs
