Purchase was quick and easy and staff were very helpful

The information given by Nina and other staff was exceptional. They were very knowledgeable about the products, insurances and delivery all over a ciffee

The person that dealt with us was very knowledgable .the store closed at 6pm but he was in no rush whilst dealing with the sale

LOVE IT

We were very well looked after by Alan at the Loughborough store. He took time to understand our requirements in a relaxed and unpressured way. We were guided to mattresses that met our criteria and encouraged to try them out. After making our selection we were offered refreshments and the paperwork stage was very efficient. The delivery date is in a week's time and we have arranged for our old mattresses to be taken away. We would definitely go back again for our next mattresses purchase.

Loughborough Dreams Assistant James Very respectful. Mattress I wanted was in store so was able to try it. Problem with ordering as computer froze so had to input again but was offered tea or coffee and technology problems happen.

I am disabled and we were met at the door and I was unsure of what type of bed I wanted for a small guest room.. Anyway, I actually saw just what would be ideal for my needs and I'm sues one that wikll br very comfortable for ny guests. However, my friend was particularly keen on me having a bee frame, so we went upstairs to look at those, but that only confirmed my choice of a divan. We went upstairs via the disabled lift walked downstairs and Stephen driddnt rush me t all. We were then offered a drink while t the order an rdellivrry date were agred

Very welcoming without being pushy. Items explained with a good knowledge of the products. Once order was taken again everything was explained in case we were unsure. Would recommend this particular shop at Loughborough but doubt will use again as moving out of the area
