Dreams - Loughborough

I was asked appropriate questions e.g. Guest bed how often used etc... and shown items to suit my requirements and budget. Also bought some bouncy new pillows.

Assistant was very helpful, gave us the information we needed but gave us the time to look around, we didn't feel pressurised like in other stores we had visited that day

Plenty of stock to view.Very roomy showroom but best of all your showroom sales man Rashan was really helpful and informative without being pushy but at the same time he thought of everything we needed to know and consider.Have shopped with you before and will shop with you in the future.

The salesman/Manager was very helpful and didn't rush us while we were deciding what mattress we wanted and was also very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions we put to him.Overall we thought it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

The visit to the Loughborough branch was our actual second.Deciding on the right matress took time, we found the staff at Loughborough patient with us along with supporting us with their knowledge and great attitude. In comparison to other places that we visited for matresses we found Dreams great value for money on the type of matress we were looking for. The best thing is that the 40 day matress exchage is brilliant. The member of staff that mainly dealt with us was really friendly and made the whole experience brilliant (Alan).

Steve, the sales assistant was really helpful and accommodating whilst we deliberated over which divan bed and headboard to choose.

Staff very helpful and took the time to explain the different types of matteress. was made to feel welcome and the cup of tea was a nice touch.
