Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable when describing products and explaining the differences when I was unsure. He was also very friendly and allowed me to test out the products I was interested in. Was a quick but thorough process overall.

The member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable. She took into account our budget and that it was our first time using Dreams. She recommended great beds that suited us perfectly and we can't wait until it gets delivered.

Sammi was of great assistance to us at the Loughborough branch. Despite looking at a few beds, we ended up buying the 1st bed she led us to after using the sleep/bed machine. Sammi was very helpful and knowledgable by understanding our needs. We will definitely return straight to Dreams again in the future.

When entering the store I was immediately greeted by one of the store assistants (Richard). He was very polite and curtious, when I explained what I needed, he advised me to try out the sleep measuring program in order to find out what sort of mattress I needed. with the results in hand, he then was able to suggest that I try out several different mattresses and pillows in order to find the right one for my needs. When it came to placing the order, he explained everything in detail for me to understand, and I was then able to place the order that same day. The overall service I received was excellent, he even asked me if I would like a beverege while we went through the details of the order. I would highly recommend shopping at Dreams.
