Dreams - Loughborough

Steve was very helpfull and made us welcome with a tea and coffee . And time to try lots of beds all very different so we made the right choices.

Nina was most attentive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable & passionate about the products. Whilst we were spending a lot of money, it was actually a pleasurable experience when buying this bed. I would highly recommend Dream’s in Loughborough to anyone, especially if assisted by Nina - she should be a Store Manager!

I was given lots of information about different mattress's, and was able to make an informed choice about the mattress. The shop assistant listened to me and was careful to show me mattresses within my price range. He also took the time to listen to what I was saying. I was not hurried or pressurised into making a decision.

When I walked into the shop I was greeted by Nina. She was the perfect sales assistant. I had been to another store previously (not Dreams) and I was left to look around by myself but as I wasn't really sure what I was looking for I left as no one came to help me. Nina was perfect in that she wasn't too pushy like a lot of sales assistants are, and she gave me time to think and browse when I needed it. It was the perfect balance. And she knew so much about the products, the bases, mattresses and the bedding too. She was friendly, offered me a drink and made me feel like I wanted to buy from Dreams.

Im am very happy about the people working in the store they have good maners and they are help full with what we need the person that is the most helpuf is Nina Skorka the workers in the store are most helpfull and nice to custermers Thanks for everything with choosing our matrres

i could not fault the service i received from your sales assistant Nina Skora from start to finish of placeing my order . nina was so helpful in explaining the different types of mattress . It was a pleasure shoping at your store .

Nina the sales lady in the Loughborough branch was superb and so polite an absolute credit to your company but I don't think she should have to work in a store until 20.00pm on her own not wise & not safe.

Parents bought the same bed previously and immediately wanted one for myself! Great material and great value for money! Staff very friendly and order process was quick

Staff were friendly and helpful, worth good knowledge of promotions.

It was the right bed at the right price. We have been to other stores that have been hard sales etc. Dreams are not like this, we have bought 2 beds from this store already and have been happy with the experience.
