Arrived without knowing what we were looking for. Being given time to lie on beds of different sorts helped decisions

Clean showroom and toilets, knowledgable staff, large choice on display, friendly and smart appearance of staff

Alan was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the different types of mattresses available. We explained that I have terminal cancer and a lung drain and can only sleep on one side, hence suffering from pressure points. He was very knowledgeable and patient and made completely sure my needs were met.

We were impressed by the store layout, the ease of browsing and were under no pressure from sales assistants. Better still, we were treated to tea and politeness and when we chose our purchase we were well taken care of. The sales staff were excellent.

Friendly assistance and attentiveness to my needs also good product knowledge.

I had a specific brand of mattress in mind but when I tried it in store I was disappointed. Roshan quickly suggested something similar but of much better quality and comfort and his product knowledge was excellent. I was quickly able to make an informed choice decision. Excellent experience.

Service was very good and helpful explaining all the products we were looking for and spent all the time we needed with out being pushy or making you feel he was overpowering you, he let us take as much time we needed and when we were ready to ask questions he didn’t mind what they were, explaining all about the payment and delivery, it was so easy would recommend and use the store again

We found the store well played-out and easy to follow. Rohan, the salesman, we very engaging and explained the differences of the mattress’s very well but was not pushy for a sale.
