Just dropped into the shop for a quick look round, didn't intend to buy anything. Was he a salesman or what !!

Sale assistant explained everything in detail about all products all through our purchase very pleasant attitude first class.

Alan was so helpful and polite. A credit to the store. Thank you.

The assistant was very helpful and explained the different types of beds, the colour coded bedding made it easy to find what we were looking for.

The assistant Nina was most thorough, knew her products and talked us around the store in a most professional and business like manner. She explained everything we needed to know and was extremely pleasant throughout even making us a coffee - we felt valued and were extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Roshan was very helpful and if he wasn't 100 percent sure about something we asked he went away and checked before committing a response. He was very attentive and worked very hard to ensure that we could see and try all the options we were looking for, he spent around 2 hours looking after us, worked through lunch and is a credit to your organisation. We paid a lot of money for our bed but felt we couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere.

The store was clean and bright and there were a wide variety of products on display. The lady who attended to us was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable and very clear with her explanations and advice; what was quite refreshing is that she was highly professional without being overbearing, a credit to the profession no less. When it came to actually paying for the items, we found it to be a relatively quick, hassle-free and overall painless experience; I put this down, in no small measure, to dealing with someone who knows what they are doing.

We chose 2 separate items - 1 double and 1 single mattress and Nina Skora guided us throughout and was very helpful without pushing us which we found very refreshing.

Helpful customer assistant.Only problem was having to wait nearly 30 minutes for a computer to become available to complete the order,as they only had two computers for 3 sales assistants. Good quality items for sale at good prices.

Nina the customer service lady was really brilliant and made everything understandable, and her knowledge was extensive. No question was a problem for her. She also made my husband and I a lovely cup of tea. I can quite honestly say that she is the reason we returned to the Loughborough store the following day and Placed our order.
