The assistant was very knowledgable about the item we chose and wanted us to be aware of all the options

Friendly assistants who were helpful but not pushy. Roshan explained the differences between the mattresses so that l was able to make a decision.

Friendly assistants with a helpful approach. However l wasn't.t pushed or coerced into buying a particular product.

Polite staff, happy to help, brought the wife a coffee and when I purchased a second bed, my little boy was sick in the car and the guy helped get some cleaner and stuff to tidy it up. Your staff are awesome... Even your delivery guys are great, they did a cracking job, quick and extremely polite and know there beds. I am coming back again soon, I have one more bed to get.

The sales guy was fantastic nothing was too much trouble, he spent nearly 2 hours with myself and my wife explaining everything in detail even down to providing cups of tea fantastic knowledge from the young salesman

Roshan, the store assistant is a credit to your company - friendly, knowledgeable and with such a happy and pleasant disposition. This was very welcome as I was buying a bed for my just turned 18 year old son. And, Roshan was very quick to communicate with my son at his level, and me at mine (middle aged professional female). Roshan kindly provided me with a glass of water and offered juice etc. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. And, we both left delighted with our choice (aided by Roshan) and my son commented what a "hassle free process " it had been!
