The assistant was knowledgeable about the beds and the problems experienced by customers and knew which products to recommend.

The assistant was great came straight over to me explained the meaning s and colour codes of the beds fully she got me a pillow to try all the beds she was great. We were offered a drink its a great place.

Satisfied with the customer care. Never felt under pressure to make a purchase.

Never been to dreams before. We were welcomed into the store and staff even helped to distract my children once they got bored. Unsure of what we were looking for and all the staff were friendly, approachable and informative on the products. Once we place our order it was all done with ease and all the relevant info explained.

The assistance given by Roshan at the Loughborough store was exemplary. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Roshan even made us a cup of tea while we considered our purchase.

The store layout was so much better than the other company's visited, the welcome and professionalism of Roshan and product knowledge he possess make a pleasant change to the majority of company's we use.

We found the salesperson who served us very efficient and friendly,we were served coffee,a nice touch

Me and my son were greeted pleasently as we walked through the doors,we were offered a drink straight away with a friendly member of staff,overall experience was excellent couldnt fault anything.

Basically, for all of the reasons listed previously, courteousness, product knowledge and friendliness of staff, ease of selecting items and placing order, cleanliness of store, etc.

The help and advice we received from Graeme, pointing out options to us and where to find items, was excellent as my husband doesn't like to waste time 'looking around'. Another, and this is a biggie, is that there was no pressure to buy anything. At the point of payment Michelle, again, was very friendly and helpful. two first class sales people.
