There was a good range of products from which to select. I was able to lie on the beds to trial the mattresses.

The colleague Roshad was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, there was no pressure from him & he gave my husband & myself private time to discuss our options & try out the different beds to see which was the most suitable for my needs.

The store was well organised and the products clearly identified, and the type of mattress was clear to see and understand.

Very good knowledge of the staff. Listened to our needs, explained the options, but then left us to consider our choices.

Advice given and then we had time to try what beds in our price range with no pressure selling which is very important to us. When we had decided everything was very straight forward. We were offered drinks and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Could not fault anything.

The sales advisor was knowledgeable abut the products. He listened to what we required and made appropriate suggestions. He was patient and allowed us time to make our decision without being pushy.

The young man who served me explained everything, called me by name, chatted politely to me. He so polite and very efficient. Sadly I can’t remember his name but he was very well trained. He knew what he was talking about and obviously took pride in giving great customer service.

Easy to understand the mattress options once the colour codes were explained to us. Lots of friendly and available staff without being too pushy. Fabulous price, specially as we didn’t realise we were going to get 20% off! Better than Bensons in same retail park which we also looked at.
