I went to purchase a single bed for occasional use by a child and that is what l did.

Very clean show room with plenty of choice and friendly atmosphere was made to feel very welcome from entering the through the door

Good choice of products and ease of trying the various beds and pillow combinations together with frienly and helpful staff

I had an out of the ordinary request

The sales guy pitched things just right. He was attentive without being too pushy. Gave us time to think and chat.

Staff was excellent and able to find us the correct mattress we required.

We recieved good advice and we believe we have ordered the bed for our needs.

Steve who was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us make the decision on the mattress we chose and made the whole experience very pleasant.

We entered the store and started to have a quick look around. Nina approached us and asked if we knew what we were looking for, we explained that we wanted to buy a new mattress. She politely asked us if she could explain the types of mattresses available and the price ranges. She also explained about sleeping positions and what we should be looking for, she had a very good knowledge but was not "pushy". We were offered refreshments. Once we had narrowed it down to about 4 out of a vast choice in the store Nina left us to try them out. She also explained that the choice of pillows was important too. We were using some high quality pillows during our testing and decided to purchase two of them to complement the new mattress. We thanked Nina for her assistance and went to the order station where our order was placed and delivery date swiftly agreed. We can quite honestly say that we had been putting off purchasing our new mattress as we were concerned about the hassle but actually it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Tony and Tracy

The staff were obviously very knowledgeable about their products and were very attentive towards customers. The sales person who helped us also appeared to be helping 4-5 other couples - impressive.
