Dreams - Loughborough

Jason asked us what we were looking for and after we had lied on the tester bed he explained the results and showed us what had been recommended. We were dealt with very professionally but also with a friendly manner. We explained how quickly we wanted the bed delivered and Jason was very helpful in dealing with this and found us what we were looking for in the time we requested. Looking forward to sleeping in our new bed...5 nights to go...

Richard in the Loughborough store was highly attentive. He was also very accepting of us as an LGBT couple and made us feel comfortable to try beds together. Richard suggested money saving options that enabled us to prioritise the best mattress.
