It was my first visit and the service my sister and I received was exceptional

I was happy with the knowledge of Stephen about tempur beds and being non biased even though he himself owned one. I would have liked more than four minutes of time to look around before being approached seems to be the norm in these type of shops. But overall pleased with the service I received.

Sales person gave us just enough attenention very helpfull.

We found the sales advisor (Alan) very attentive. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction of appropriate products for our needs. He then left us to consider the options, and was available to process our order once we had decided. There were no pressure sales tactics at all.

Nina was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for and was friendly and efficient.

The sale was made easy and wasn't confused at all. Plus the extra discounts on matress protector and pillows was an added bonus. Rakesh from Loughborough was very helpful

we were offered help and assistance on arrival In store.we were then left alone to browse around the store. and as soon as we did need guidance an assistant was there to offer help. we were offered a beverage if needed. we are very happy customers.

Steve took time to explain the products and listen to our needs. There was no pressure to buy. Steve came across as very knowledgeable about products and was able to give us the advice we needed.

We found Nina very friendly without pressing us. She gave us all the time we wanted to look around, and then explained everything in detail without being in a hurry. The down side was on Friday by not being informed at what time to expect the delivery. I did not give my mobile no. but my email address was available.
