The staff were more than willing to help the products were easy to get round and all the information was readily available.

We went in with a budget. We found the bed frame we wanted but were unsure of the mattress needed for support for my back problems. Our advisor, Nina, was excellent. She listened to what we were explaining and recommended two different mattresses. She then advised us which one would be most beneficial according to our sleeping positions. She then recommended that I also use a memory foam pillow. After lying on the mattress with the pillow I felt completely supported. The cost was almost double our original budget, however, Nina went through all our options as regards payment and we decided on the 9 month interest free. She explained that they offer a protection plan for the mattress but that it was completely optional. We took out the cover and agreed on a delivery date of March 12th. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Excellent.

The assistant (Roshan) came and assisted us and explained the differences between the beds we were looking at. He was friendly, polite and met all our needs. Also the store was clean and bright and had a wide selection of beds for sale

My needs were put first. I suffer from fibromyalgia and needed a new mattress to help with pain and sleeping. I received 100% attention and guidance. I would like to thank Dreams Loughborough for the best nights sleep ever.

Friendly and Helpful staff

From the start of our visit on a very cold morning we were greeted with a Good Morning....can I help you.....we discussed with Stephen our requirements....after showing us different options we decided to purchase goods...we were given hot drinks and biscuits.....filled in forms and paid for our goods.....thank you for the very helpful polite salesman Stephen.

After entering the store we were greeted by a very friendly but not pushy assistant, who provided us with all the information we asked for and much more. He explained in detail which product would best suit our needs. After deciding which bed and mattress we were going to purchase,we sat down and sorted out the paperwork. This was carried out in a very relaxed and professional manner.

The sales assistant Roshan was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and it was him that made the sale. He was extremely polite, the one thing I dislike in shops is when the sales assistants are pushy and try to sell and the fact that he knew his products and spent time giving information and was not pushy actually made the sale. The range of products was good and arranged in such a way that it was easy to find what we wanted. (which was a new mattress).
