Good advice and knowledge based on what we were looking for from assistant, time to browse other products if wanted prompt service at the order desk everything fully explained and choice of delivery dates given overall fab service including the complimentary cup of coffee

Good knowledgable assistant who didn't try to over sell

We were assisted by Stephen, wo was extremely helpful, very polite and helped us find the correct product for what we required.

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions quickly and efficiently

Staff member Steve helped me and my other half choose a bed. He explained what each colour ment and what they were made of. Once he explained everything to us he suggested we try some out. We didn't feel pushed I to a purchased. It was a relaxed experience and got a nice cup of coffee to go along with it.

After giving us some advise, giving us pillows to test the beds and a cup of tea he let us try the beds and came back to see how we were doing answering any questions we had. We had the right amount of time to discuss ourselves and ask questions. We were in the store a long time to make the right decision but we were never rushed asking us if we need another drink. The sales assistant was Alan - Loughborough. Thank you.

We were greeted on arrival and the different beds explained to us. We were offered a drink, but allowed to look and chose what we wanted in our own time without the staff being intrusive, although they were there if we needed advice.

Ebery need was catered for . Assitant was very professional and took time and effort to ensure we got the product that suited our needs

Nina at the Loughborough branch was extremely helpful, very knowledgable, and attentive without being too pushy.
