Everything was very straightforward

Nina, the assistant was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. The Manager at Loughborough was also helpful.

Personal assistance was very good with depth of knowledge about product. Offers for Easter needs to be improved 20% was not good enough

Alan was extremely helpful in helping us find the best bed for us and wasn’t pushy

Manager who served us spent a amount of considerable time telling us about the products and the advantages of these. Seemed genuinely interested in our needs and dealt with us in a very pleasant manner. Highly recommended.

Theyoung man who helped us decide which bed we would buy was very courtious and friendly

When we came in store we was approached by an assistant called Nina who asked if we needed any help and what we was looking for. She told us about the different mattresses and pointed out which ones were on sale, then said she would leave us to browse by ourselves. Nina even offered us a hot or cold drink. We must have looked at the mattresses for a good 20 mins then the bed frames, Nina didn’t come to us until she had seen had gone around the whole store. We pointed out the mattress we liked and she said that dreams did their own version which was a lot cheaper, so we laid down on it and found it just as comfy. Nina was very informative and caring, and made our experience really nice.
