Laura was very friendly, she gave All the answers l needed, l wasn't rushed, it was a very pleasant experience

The staff could not have been more helpful, they even went to the effort of putting different mattresses on the frame to show us how they would feel, and a cup of coffee as well. Excellent service

On entering the Loughborough we were greeted in a friendly yet professional manner by Laura, who offered a quick explanation of the colour system and offered us all a drink. She then left us to try all mattresses and popped back just to check we were OK.

The assistant Laura was very helpful but not intrusive. She explained about the different mattresses and how we could identify them. She had a very friendly, pleasant manner and it was only when we placed the order that we found out that she was a new staff member! Very pleased overall with our experience so far!

The person who dealt with us (Nina)was very helpful, really friendly and made the whole thing easy. She couldn't do enough for us. And very important as far as I'm concerned, as soon as she saw us, she made us drinks.

WE CHOSE DREAMS BECAUSE OF THEIR CURRENT ADVERT OFFERING SERVICES WE NEEDED, SUCH AS PUTTING THE BED TOGETHER AND REMOVING OUR OLD ONE. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND OFFERED US REFRESHMENTS DURING OUR VISIT. WE WERE NOT RUSHED TO MAKE A DECISION AND WERE GIVEN GOOD ADVICE. THERE WAS A GOOD SELECTION OF BEDS AND MATTRESSES TO CHOOSE FROM WHICH MADE IT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.AS A DISABLED COUPLE WE WERE ALSO GLAD YOU HAD TOILET FACILITIES AVAILABLE WHICH WERE VERY CLEAN.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant without being over bearing or pushy. Good explanations of products available and given plenty of time to make choices without beung rushed.

Alan who served us was so knowledgeable with regards to all the different types of mattress He wasn’t pushy made us a lively cup of tea. Left us to make our decision with his help when needed
