Laura was extremely patient with us allowing us time to try all the beds we were interested in and sorting our the most suitable for our needs. What a lovely sales assistant she is.

They understood what we needed and showed us the products they had plus were knowledgeable and helpful

we were treated very respectfully and were not pressured into having something we didn't want. highly satisfied.

We were greeted straight away by friendly staff, the store manager who eventually helped us find the correct mattress and bed base was knowledgeable and approachable. Made us feel like we were making the right decision.

The assistant made sure we understand products on offer and found us exactly what we needed. He explained everything very clearly.

This is our third bed from dreams fantastic service every time Today or sales person was excellent he told us everything from start to finish & asked us many times if we needed a drink his name was Roshan he explained everything to us in detail we would highly recommend Dreams superb service.

The first time we visited. We spoke with Nina Skora. She was absolutely fantastic. Her product knowledge and passion to help me find my perfect bed was so overwhelming. She really took care and demonstrated what I needed to understand about mattresses and which one would suit me and my partner. Also the best pillows. We went away to discuss this and came back the next day, as it was really late in the day for my daughter. We returned and bought the mattress and served by Laura. Again excellent service. We were in need of a new quilt, she directed us to the area. Explaining the differences we found a quilt that was just perfect. As she was in training. Another’s store assistant completed the end part with the money. He was excellent too. Was very patient as we had my toddler and newborn with us. Also I suffer with a hearing impairment, so I was very grateful for their patience. Even though I needed things repeating. Very happy customer. Will be returning

I was given immediate help and shown the products I wished to view by an excellent member of staff who knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions. I had a budget and he at no time tried to mislead into purchasing goods outside my price range. He was so helpful explaining the best delivery deals, purchase of an extended quarentee . I think I have very good value for my money spent.
