Stephan who served us was very friendly offering us a drink telling us all about mattresses and prices explaining about chance to get in touch and return item if not satisfied within time period overall he did everything he could to help.

Steve was extremely welcoming and friendly. He listened to my needs and wants and helped a lot with his knowledge. We were also offered beverages and it took no time at all to complete order

We were highly satisfied because the bed frame fit our colour scheme, comfort levels and purpose perfectly. The mattress and pillows were of an extremely high quality and felt dreamy to lie on, we could have fallen asleep in the store. Roshan was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy at all and he made us feel at ease even when we asked if we could ring up and order. We bought on the same day because we wanted to buy with roshan because he was so accommodating. 5 star service.

we knew up to a point what we were looking for and we didn't feel pressured into buying something completely different. There was plenty of choice options and colours which made for ease and the salesman was very helpful and spoke to us in a very friendly manner. We also purchased a separate mattress as well as the divan bed as we felt what we had budgeted for with the bed with offers on we able to include this in our budget
