I was greeted kindly and professionally when l entered the shop Explaining what l wanted l was shown exactly where they were and gratefully left alone to browse. After making my mind up we went through the purchasing and delivery date easily and with conversation, there was no stilted silences. Steve answered my queries about other items in the store (pillows) with a great deal of knowledge about each one and although l didn't purchase a pillow l shall certainly give it thought for later. Who knew there were so many different kinds. I would certainly return to Dreams again, l was even offered a drink.

Friendly service, staff were neatly dressed and well presented.. They understand what I was wanting out of the kind of bed I was after. . Offered teas and coffee while I purchased my item. Felt at ease while I shopped and the left me to test out mattresses.. Generally we had a laugh and everyone joined in. Great shop.👌

The assistant was very helpful and friendly, explained the difference between the types of mattresses available and gave us plenty of time and space to make our choice.

The colleague was very attentive and knowledgeable about products she showed us what we asked for then after that we decided to buy a bed for us any she showed us different products with an explanation of the differences we were offered drinks on three occasions which was nice a good experience all round
