We were served by a delightful young man Roshan, who was very knowledgeable, took time to explain what our options were and was generally very helpful. We did not feel pressurised in any way and he balanced his selling with the right amount of helpfulness and leaving us to take our time.

We were looking for a very specific mattress, a firm one. Dreams stocked exactly what we were looking for. We had been searching for a mattress for two weeks, trying so many. We made the decision there and then, without having to go away and think about it. All very convenient and delivery is quick.

Receive advice from in store assistant who explained different types of mattresses and what might be suitable. They then discretely left us to try mattresses and came back to check if we needed additional advice- it wasn't pressured advice, just genuine check to see how they might help. the staff allowed my (disabled) partner to sit down on the beds when she needed tp rest. they discounted £150 from the original cost as a similar bed that met my partners needs was being offered at a different bedshop on the same estate

A member of staff (Stephen) came over as I entered the shop and asked if I needed any help. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout. Ordering process was straightforward, and lead time for delivery suited my personal requirements. As it was such a hot day when I was in the shop, it was really thoughtful to have cold drinks - and water - available for customers. I really appreciated that. Also well pleased that Dreams has an ethical recycling policy for old mattresses. I did not feel hurried in any way while making my decision, but Stephen was there to advise as I asked questions. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and I came away having made my purchase feeling that I had made a good choice for me.

Steve, the store manager at Loughborough, helped us find our bed. He was incredibly helpful and really knowledgable about the products. He understood our situation as first time buyers and did not pressure us in anyway to buy a product. He gave us a quote for the mattress and bed we wanted and understood we wanted to have a think. We did visited another bed store after Dreams but we were so satisfied with the service and help we had received from Steve that we returned the following day and purchased our bed.
