Dreams - Loughborough

We were greeted by a member of staff and I told them what we wanted to see, we then asked to be left alone until we had made a choice and the staff kindly obliged. I appreciated that the staff understood and did not pressure us into a decision but merely checked back with us in a timely manner. We received good advice and excellent service.

With my first visit I spoke to a gentleman called Stephen who was really helpful in helping me understand what I was looking for and the types of payment that were available - he also pointed out the offer on the set I was looking at. When I then came back in to purchase, the gentleman who processed my ordered was very quick, thoroughly and friendly, ensuring I understood the agreement and what the next steps were. His name was Richard!

The assistant was knowledgable and polite she showed us a few beds to choose from after going iut which sort we wanted. She also sold us pillows and a topper which we are very pleased. She was a credit to your store.

First time buying a bed and was daunted at the amount of choice. The gentleman that helped me spent a lot of time with us learning our needs and talked us through our options. We used the service that helped choose us the correct mattress and the employee helped us with choosing a base. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with other needs we had. All of my needs were met and left happy that I had made an informed choice with great help

JASON greeted us with a smile. We told him what we wanted, he showed us to the simulator. Then showed us all the the mattresses it suggested. We found the one we wanted and then ordered it. Jason made it a pleasant experience

From the moment we entered the store in Loughborough Richard welcomed us and attended to our questions, we tried the computer bed, tried several beds and Richard had splendid knowledge of all the beds we tried. He helped us decide the best mattress and divan for our needs and in view of this we purchased a mattress and divan.

Very knowledgeable staff, helpful and all round good service

I was served straight away & shown the different beds that the computer had said would be suitable for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy extras (however I will be returning to purchase the pillow I used during the testing). The man who served me was polite, friendly & spoke to my 6 year old son well.
