I entered the store with very little knowledge of the wide ranging options. The assistant (Nina) explained everything, didn't rush and was very friendly. Made what could have been a daunting process a lot less stressful

Laura helped us to find a mattress that was ideal for me with a back problem, used the machine you have to recommend a couple of mattresses, but stressed that we didn't have to purchase one of those if we preferred a different mattress.

The service was efficient and the whole purchasing experience was comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the hole experience went without a single problem

We were buying a bed for my 20 year old son and Stephen was excellent, he listened to my sons requirments and asked several searching questions.He then put Owen on to the computerised bed, which is an excellent idea to find out his best possible choice.Stephen then took us through the journey and explained the differences with all the products.He is obviously an asset to your company and i shall deffinatly be comming to see him in the future when i upgrade my bed.

We walked into the store with a good idea of what we were looking for. We were made to feel welcome, listened to carefully to understand our needs and wants. A thoughtful and careful explanations of the various options was given to us and' althoughj directed towards certain items, we never felt pressured into making a particular decision for a particular product. Only then, having tested and examine and then having got an idea of what products we might be considering, were we introduced to the computerised mattress selector/guide. The result of this included items we were considering and suggested another. After some furtther testing we made our decision and were happy to proceed with the purchase.

A lot of time and effort was put into the sale even though closing time came and went during the paperwork completion.

Shop was light and airy, and the assistance was almost instant but never pushy, also very helpful.

Good products which suited what we were looking for.

Loughborough, Willowbrook park, the lady that works there called Nina Skora, i believe, she was so helpful, seriously that lady needs to be praised, she spent so much time marking sure that we were happy, and ultimately satisfied with our purchase, she offered us tea and coffee during our visit. I’ve never been so satisfied by somebodies customer service skills.
