Roshan was there to help us to find the right mattress as we were unsure as to what we were looking for. He was really helpful but also left us to have a think and decide which mattress we wanted. He wasn't too full on and we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase but he was there to answer any questions we had or provide further help.

We were very happy with the service we received when purchasing our new bed. We were greeted in a friendly manner, directed to what we were interested in and given all the information we needed about delivery and type of bed that best matched our mattress. We were also given a good price. My daughter was given juice and a lolly pop and had access to a children's play area whilst we sorted out delivery. Very happy all around.

Sales advisor (Nina) was very friendly and professional. She listened to our requirements & advised us on the most suitable product. She didn’t pressurise us for a sale & knew her product well & made it easy for us to purchase the mattress to suit us best
