We were greeted by Nina, who was delightful. She explained everything in great detail, was very knowledgeable, and friendly with a good sense of humour. The whole experience of buying form Dreams was a pleasurable one and would definitely recommend to others.

Rashan was very friendly, helpful and took time to show me the different types of beds and his knowledge was excellent. Excellent customer service.

As soon as I entered the store, I was met by your friendly staff member Roshan. He was extremely informative and willing answer any and all questions I had. He provided me with fantastic advice and made my decision in buying the perfect bed frame that much easier. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for new bedroom products.

When we went in the store we weren’t pounced on,we were able to just have a browse first and then as soon as we were ready the help from Nina was very friendly and very professional,she knew exactly what she was talking about.

We were shown the beds that fitted what we were looking for. The technology to obtain the ideal mattress was brilliant and narrowed it down so only after trying 2 we found the one that suited us without having to try hundreds and getting confused which one was which and with 2 young kids the more simple and straightforward the better.

Roshan was very helpful, enabling us to choose the correct mattress. He explained all the different types and gave us plenty of time to try them out. Made us a lovely cup of tea and left us to read the brochure and discuss what we wanted. Once we had decided on the Tempur mattress, he came up with a good deal for us and arranged the delivery.
