We were approached soon after entering the shop bearing in mind that they were very busy and immediately guided to what we were looking for. The assistant was extremely polite and friendly from the start, and was very helpful in explaining what you had to offer including fetching us sample colours. We were looking for a headboard to match the bed we had bought from you in 2016. He looked up our details and explained you no longer stocked that particular bed but said he would work with us to sort out an alternative and also thanked us for coming back to Dreams.
