Dreams - Loughborough

We went into Dreams not having a clue about where to start or what we even wanted. Blatantly looking lost, we were offered help by a man named Roshan. Well thank goodness for that. He explained every single mattress to us, all the bed frames, pillows, covers, everything. Even made us a brew! Wasn't pushy in the slightest and gave us plenty of space to think and shout him back over when needed. We went in not sure if we were going to purchase anything, and came out with a king size bed, mattress, pillows, bunk bed and 2 single mattress as well as some other bits. Poor Roshan stayed so long after closing, I would like to think this hasn't gone unnoticed. Thanks again

Roshan who we dealt with was very pleasant and professional. Gave us all the information we needed and helped us understand what would suit us best. Another lady colleague was great with our children whilst we shopped and facilities provided were good for them. The shop was very clean and a good cup of tea was welcome.

We found the computer analysis very useful in making our choice of bed and the staff very helpful in directing us to our choice.

We attended as a family and were welcomed upon entering the store by your staff member Roshan. The polite and professional manner given to us by Roshan immediately put us at ease and we were introduced firstly to the selection of mattresses and then invited to try the Dreams mattress machine to measure us for the correct type of mattress. The service was outstanding and we were also offered refreshments. Roshan was exceptionally knowledgeable and very keen to help us find exactly what we needed. Our visit left us in no doubt dreams was right for us and we made our purchase there and then. Delighted with our customer experience. Highly satisfied in every aspect of the service provided.

Spoke to sale assistant Steve at Loughborough branch. Friendly and knowledgeable but not over powering or heavy sales techniques which made us feel more comfortable. We went away for a few minutes to discuss and were not hassled. Went back and made the purchase. Relaxing experience.

The member of staff assisting us had excellent product knowledge and was able to guide us to the right bed. We had been to a competitor beforehand and feel that at Dreams we received better customer service, we even got a drink. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams to family and work colleagues.
