THE EXPERIENCE OF PURCHASING MY PRODUCTS WAS QUICK AND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE SALES PERSON WAS PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE .SALE. THE MUG OF TEA I WAS GIVEN WAS LOVELY.

great instore technology to help us find the correct mattress , the assistance we had form the staff was excellent and the service was very efficient , the sales people valued us as customers taking in all our needs they had time to talk and understand the needs we will definitely have no problem going back to dreams again

We were only in the store a few minutes and a member of staff came to us to ask if they could be of assistance to us, he gave us advice and and gave us plenty of time to make our choice. He also offered us the opportunity to use the mattress machine to also help with our choice. Our overall experience with him was excellent and we have always had a great service being returning customers to Dreams

have had a mattress from dreams before so k new what i wanted to purchase. was taken to an equivilant couple of mattresses to compare and decided on the one purchased. Had two persons to attend to us one called Alan and the one who did the paper work was Steven {manager} he was excellent ! The delivery date is 15th Jan 2019 so thats good !!

We were amazed that we lay on the bed and it told us recommendations of mattresses one of which we purchased.

The assistant, Rashan, knew his products, was smart and polite. The shop was well laid out and a good range of products available for examination.

Good service and nice cup of tea.
