The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. the Store was spacious and clean. There was also a low pressured environment.

Richard was very helpful and knew what accessories went with product and helped with the design

Nadia at Loughborough Branch was a new member at Dreams but was very knowledgeable and friendly upon arrival and provided us with options based on our preferences. A drink was also offered whilst we were shopping around. The beds in the showroom were also spaciously presented to allow social distance whilst browsing.

Jason was excellent: on hand to answer questions, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being too "pushy". Tempur model we were interested was available in-store to try and an early delivery slot - less than a week.

When trying the mattresses we were struggling t feel comfortable and the assistant soon realised that we needed one with more side support. Due to us being 89 and 92 he explained about the possibility of falling while getting out of bed due to the side not being supported and my wife realised this is what she was feeling. After they explained this too us we were shown to another one and the difference was immediately noticed and even though I was more expensive we felt safer and so purchased it. The assistance that we received was 2nd to none. Thank you

I was met by a yound lady called sammi on arrival, she was very friendly, made me feel welcome and i was very happy with her knowledge and which beds suited me so i could try them out.

Richard was a very knowledgeable salesman. Our visit to store was at a quiet time & we were given excellent service
