The Employee Raoshan was friendly and helpful. He explained the options and processes clearly, answered our many questions and was patient. He allowed time for us to consider and think, checking back in with us in a timely but not pushy way. We were cared for in terms of storing coats, having drinks and even pillow selections! The shop was well organised and Roshan knew lots of product details and explanations.
