The staff member was so good .Not too pushy but gave me all the attention I needed.Really helped me in making my decision. Very relaxed experience. The " sleep machine " was very clever. Made choosing the right bed so much easier. The whole experience went like a Dream!!!

On entering the store we were welcomed by Steve, the Loughborough store manager. He made us feel very welcome and took the time to explain options and the products. His attitude was excellent and he was very patient as we explored options. There was no pressure and we returned the next day. We chose a Tempur mattress and we feel that we have made the right choice after trying the beds again over 30 minutes. Other staff members were also helpful and friendly. Happy to go back to this store - the sales approach was just right for us, thank you.

My husband and I both have back problems and from the 'Dreams lie-on' assessment of what would suit us to the excellent knowledge and lack of pressure from the salesman, we could not have been better looked-after. One of the problems is that I HAVE to use an electric blanket so the gel option of mattress was out although my husband loved it. However, we have both delightedly settled for a Flaxby 4500 and are happier to feel the fibre content is entirely natural.

We were listened to by the store assistant who helped us (when WE were ready) and we found the whole shopping experience relaxed and informative for our needs, we would also recommend customers try the computerised mattress which we found very helpful and only confirmed that we had picked the right mattress for us. The store assistant was also very helpful at the right moment.
