We initially visited the Bury St Edmunds store looking for a bed for my daughter. Julia was very helpful and asked my daughter what she would like, which was lovely that she included her in the decision. She gave us all the information we needed and we went away to measure up. During the following week we noticed a price drop so we visited the Loughborough store whist away for the weekend to place the order.

We were not pressured at all, when we did need help the young gentleman was wonderful. He explained everything in detail to us and did not hurry us. The buying process was extremely simple and again we were offered different 'extras' but we didn't feel pressured at all. He was very efficient, respectful and very pleasant. I hope the delivery and assembling of the bed is as good.

The main reason was that the guy who helped my wife and I, Roshan, was absolutely superb. He had brilliant knowledge, was very friendly and even though he was rushing around dealing with other people we never felt abandoned or ignored. Couldn't ask for anyone better.

The staff were very helpful and discussed all the different types of slats and bed options whereby I felt very clued up before makeing my purchase very satisfied with the prompt text to the delivery date.

Store very clean, tidy and set out, staff very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable without being over powering or too demanding.
