Dreams - Loughborough

I had a specific request about the height of my new bed. The assistant who helped me (Steve) was very helpful, got a tape measure out and found the perfect combination of products for me. I was confident in my choice because even though I am a very detailed person and he satisfied my mind that the choice was exactly what I needed.

I am 98 years old and the young man Roshan was so helpful ..kind and very helpful ...it was a pleasure to be served by him ...even gave us tea ...wonderful young man ..a credit to your company

I asked to be left to try out most of your mattresses, having already decided which frame i wished to purchase. it was nice not to have someone trying to sell me something but was there whenever i had a question or needed help and advise.

I was highly satisfied as the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions and gave me a lot of advise.

We initially visited to look at the products, bed and mattress. We were allowed to look at our leisue0 then once we were re0ady we engaged with Reagan who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the full process from capturing the data to the selection/optlions to selection of mattress and the various bed options. Whilst we were looking at all the options refreshments were provided and frequently offe0red. In short Reagan made the whole experience very pleasant and is a credit to your organisation with his customer centric service. Thank you Steve & Sandra

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable

Was purchasing an adjustable bed for my mum who has recently had a stroke. The salesman in the loughborough branch couldn’t do enough to explain things to Mum so she could understand the differences of options available. He wasn’t at all pushy and gave Mum time to decide which option she wanted to go for. We went to another bed store but returned to Dreams as they certainly had a better range and knowledge of their products

Extremely happy with the service we received at Dreams. We were greeted on arrival by Roshan then had a little look around on our own, Roshan then approached us to see if he could be any help. He explained the store layout, different mattresses, took us on the machine that determined which mattress we needed, then directed us to three recommended mattresses for us. He then let us try each mattress in our own time and would pop back to see if we needed anything. He even gave us our ideal pillow to try on each mattress. I cannot praise Roshan enough, he was SO helpful and friendly, yet not ivasive any way. He let us take our time, but was always there if we needed any help. When it came to deciding our bed frame/base it was easy as we went straight for a lovely ottoman. We then decided to go ahead, we sat down with Roshan and he went through everything in detail. It did come out a lot over our initial budget but he got the price down slightly and put in some additional extras, we also spoke briefly to Steve who gave us a little more discount. We won't have our bed delivered until March but that isnt a problem! Thanks Roshan so much, we will be straight back when we need another bed!

Alan was brilliant he had very good knowledge of the mattresses. Offered and made us a drink and was very friendly
