Purchasing process was easy, price was excellent and staff were helpful

We found the mattress we needed quickly and efficiently, the service was excellent ordered it with no problems,got the job done without it taking ages

Friendly staff and wide product range

The staff were very friendly with a good sense of humour which we appreciated. When it was found the item in the showroom was no longer available they let us have the display model and even though it was in the sale gave us a further discount.

The assistant was friendly, very helpful and informative.

We were approached as we started to look around and we were given good examples of the products we were looking for. Options provided were of good value and there was no pressure to buy more expensive options.

I was highly satisfied because my wife and I were feeling very comfortable to try various beds on display as staff knew of this but were aware of how we would lick to choose our bed. so we were left in peace to feel free to see which bed suited us best uninterrupted hence we felt very much at ease. Having spent over an hour we were very pleasantly approached by a young man by the name of Roshan. He was most polite and made us feel at home and that help is at hand if we wish for any advice. He also offered us tea/coffee which was very nice though we had just come soon after lunch. He gently hovered around as we tried a few more beds. It felt as thought he knew we would soon enough need help and so he kept himself avalible. We called him and upon our conversation with him where we noted he was a very good listener and grasped very quickly exactly where our interest lied - in which make of bed. He kindly suggested the special bed that tells us what make of bed is spiteful for to try it and let it suggest for us but at the end of the day its what suits us best is the one for us. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We surely would recomend him highly
