Nice friendly staff - attentive but not pushy- offered tea or coffee and it was a good cuppa- not pressured into buying what we didn't go in for

From entering the store we received various options to satisfy our needs in every aspect. We were not under any pressure and given an adequate time alone to discuss and try to arrive at our final decision. Staff were very friendly. On organising our payment we were offered coffee. The paperwork was covered quickly and explained in detail. Our overall experience was not stressful and dealt with very professionally. We definitely will return in the future.

Roshan gave us full demo of the product and also suggest us what we needed by the help of the bed simulation system.

We had a lovely shopping experience in the Loughborough store. Alan had good product knowledge and was very helpful especially as we were shopping with a two year old! We were offered drinks and he found toys for our daughter to play with.

Found what we wanted at a price to suit us , the assistant was very helpful not pushy at all

Martin was very helpful and we found what I hope will be a really good mattress.
