Friendly and efficient service.

I was shopping on a budget and had a preference. With this in mind the sales person did not pressure me or harrass me to go over that budget. He was pleasant and open to conversation other than Dreams which made a good experience.

We had a great time in the store, trying out all the different mattress options. We were not rushed into a decision, but allowed to make our own in our own time. The consultant was very well informed on his products, which did give you the confidence and ability to make an informed choice.

The knowledge and expertise really helped us find the best bed for our needs. Roshan the retail assistant could not have been more helpful We spent nearly two hours in the store for him to ensure we bought the most appropriate bed and mattress. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given a tea and coffee.

Our assistant Stephen greeted on entry to the store and was helpful directing us to what we were looking for. We appreciated time alone to browse before he offered assistance. He guided us through the new bed technology which we find interesting and then lead us around the store helping us to identify the perfect mattress for us. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere overall.

Great customer service, the lady who served us was very helpful and found me just the perfect bed I was looking for. The delivery was quick. Very happy with my purchase.
