Dreams - Loughborough

We have purchased fromDreams in the past and received the same high standard of professional service today. We could test the beds and received excellent advice to make an informed choice from Roshan.

I thought the customer service was excellent, from the mattress testing software to being talked through options and testing out the mattresses in store. We weren't rushed but we were paid attention to. It's so competitive on the high street, we could have just bought a mattress from the web. You need to shout about your customer service more!! It is worth shouting about. :)

Knowledgeable store assistant. Found the product we liked online, but went through other options at the store also. We ordered the bedframe today and we only have to wait a week for delivery. We previously purchased wardrobes with Dreams which are of high quality, so we are pleased to use them again.

The salesperson was very polite and informative and took the trouble to understands our requirements.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and not intrusive.

The gentleman who assisted us was extremely knowlegable about the products and spent time with us finding the best matress for us. He was friendly and polite. His name was Roshan, validation code 095. He made the shopping experience very pleasant and easy.

i thought the experience was in all very good the chap who served us was polite and helpful. would be happy to shop there again.

It was a very relaxed atmosphere in the store. The staff were very welcoming and offered help but were not pushy about anything. Everything was explained regarding how the store was laid out and where we could find what we were looking for. It was a pleasure to shop here.
