The assistant was helpful without being intrusive. He was polite and knowledgeable and helped us to decide which bed and mattress was the most suitable.

We were greeted on arrival and given undivided, polite and friendly attention. We were offered the opportunity to use the sleepmatch machine to find which mattress would suit us best. We were shown the mattresses and given time to try them out with no pressure to hurry up or to buy. We were also offered a cup of tea or coffee while we considered which mattress we liked. Once we decided to make a purchase this was processed efficiently and in a friendly, polite manner. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

We visited your Loughborough store. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. This was in no small part due to your colleague Roshan who is an absolute credit to your company. He was friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. One thing we really appreciated was the fact he was relaxed and not pushy at all. It was the perfect shopping experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to our friends and family and would honestly say that Roshan provided the best customer service experience we've ever had.

We were happy with the knowledge of the sales assistant despite the fact he was on his own and other customers were wanting his attention. He did very well serving all the customers at the same time and was attentive to each customer in turn.

Friendly staff, we popped in a few times, even had the chance to lay on the top bunk (for my daughters benefit) the third time we popped in with my twin girls who chose the fabric willow bunk and memory foam mattresses, and then we placed our order, staff were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble, very happy.

Already provided FB feedback, but to recollect: Morning Dreams After a lengthy 4 hours putting together bunk beds for an overexcited pair of little girls, there was a steely determination for them to sleep in them straight the way. At 3.30pm on a bank holiday Sunday a quick tour of Leicester ensued, conscious that most places shut at 4pm. Tried a number of places, with prices varying from £149 to £219 for take away mattresses. Just as we were about to stop the search we stumbled across the awesomely helpful staff in your Leicester store (having completely forgotten one existed at St George’s). We explained the situation - no stock, but they went out of their way to provide a solution & after a mad dash across the county to your Loughborough store: two girls got to sleep in their brand new bunks. The staff in both stores were both really helpful, not too pushy and really pleasant to deal with. You’re probably more used to people moaning and complaining, so thought it was just as important to redress the balance when people go out of their way to help.
