Alan was very knowledgeable and helpful, but gave us lots of time to make our choice without pressure.

Service we received was of a very high standard from a polite, friendly, knowledgable member of staff. Order was placed without any problems even with our children terrorising the store!

Assistant Roshan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was impressed with technology which identified what type of mattress was suitable for my needs.

I was looking for a single bed for my 88 year old mother and Stephen at the Loughborough store was very understanding and helpful (she can be quite a challenge). He spoke with her respectfully and assessed her needs even though she was not in the best frame of mind at the time.

The gentlemen were very helpful, he approached as we arrived and then left us to have a look and then when needed he was very helpful, showed us the different firmness of the mattresses and explained each one, then offered a drink while completing our order which was very nice and relaxing.

The staff were brilliant helpful and we didn't feel rushed or pressured.... even offered a cuppa...... so I thank Steve the member of staff that helped me to make he right choice Great job thank you again Cherry Welton.

we entered the store with no knowledge of the product and were given plenty of useful information about how to make my husband more comfortable the sale process was efficient and friendly w evident feel the need to go to ant of he competition as we had intended we were helped in a very friendly and well informed manor. thank you
