I was very impressed with Sammie's attitude, approach and enthusiasm. She was determined to find the right product for me and understood my needs well. She sought assistance from a colleague when she didn't know the answer, which was very reassuring. I also visited another bed shop nearby and was treated very differently. Sammie has turned me in to a Dreams customer!
