Roshan was a very pleasant team member. He gave us time to think about what we wanted and gave us time to look around and find a perfect match for what we wanted. I cannot fault the customer service that we received in store. The store was a nice temperature and was well spaced out. Nothing was too close together, which made looking for items just right I will be returning to purchase a children's bed in the future for my daughter.

My wife and I went 3 times to find the right mattress. Each time we received the best possible service and advice. We spent, literally, many hours in the shop and the staff were always most helpful and patient. They didn't try to sway our decision to their prefered choice at all. In the end we ordered one of the more expensive mattresses which was entirely our choice and we are delighted with our choice.

No pressured selling, but attentive staff. Perfect amount of time from walking in and getting my bearings to being offered some help. Friendly and professional. Sleep machine really helped me find the right mattress. Supported on options for me but left alone for a short while to try several out again to make my mind up. Stephen was very knowledgable but listened to my requirements abs I feel I genuinely got the mattress that’s right for me. Ordering was quick and straightforward too. Great service all round and a good range of options available too without it being overwhelming. Superb balance of service and product offering all-round.

The appointment system was so convenient. The range of products was so comprehensive. The sleep analysis programme was excellent. We went in trying to find a bed base to fit our almost new non standard mattress and actually ordered a new bed and mattress because the products we were shown were so good and met our needs more effectively. The assistance which Roshan offered us in your Loughborough store was exemplary. We ended up spending more money than anticipated but we also ended up with an excellent product!

I was amazed how much information I was given about all the beds. It was especially good being told what sort of bed I would need for the best comfort of my last surgery. Can't wait to see if my sleeping improves

The salesman was excellent. He was really busy (only 3 members of staff on a Saturday) however he explained how long he would be with other people while we were testing the mattresses recommended.
