Good assistance very friendly staff member and very helpful.

The store assistant was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. He explained the process for determining which mattress was most suited to me and showed me the mattresses recommended, he then gave me time to consider which I preferred. I have already recommended the store to family and friends!

The staff so good helping and perfect make me so happy . Showing everything, we can touch and try the items we want to buy. Much more in love services in store if you never try you never know.

As soon as I got there I was offered assistance. Once I had decided on which beds I liked the assistant was very helpful in helping me decide which product to buy. Even got a cup of coffee which is very rare to get these days when shopping.

THE SALES PERSON (ROSHAN) WAS VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ATTENTIVE, AND NOT PUSHY. HE TOOK CARE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND GAVE US EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS AND TO "SAMPLE THE GOODS". HE WAS A JOY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Had been needing a new bed for some time, and whilst in Loughborough decided to call in, being mid-week store was relatively quiet which helped, and we received very friendly and courteous service / attention from Roshan. His overall product knowledge was excellent, after trying out the bed test 'machine' he showed my wife and I three of the beds, all available, and we were able to try out each at our own 'pace' and time. We settled on our requirements, was able to negotiate a small amount with the price deal, which we were very grateful of, able to select a delivery and 'erect' date to suit our needs. Roshan then said a very friendly cheerio with a shake of the hand when we had finished. My wife and I were impressed, we had dealt with this store previously around three years ago when we bought a bed for our grand child. Continue to be well satisfied with the Company, staff, and product availability. Would recommend to others.

Martin @ Loughborough was amazing! Really easy to talk to, and extremely helpful. Didn't push us into anything and was very helpful with our random questions. Thanks Martin - Even if you took a Hill from the family name :)
